I was flying from London to Sri Lanka on 24th Jan in Economy, pressed the attendance button and not a single time anyone attended. I have noted the service has declined, where as in Malaysian every time the attendance button is pressed someone will attend 90% of the time. Food and quality of drinks relatively better than other carriers. Collecting blankets 1/2 hour before landing is crazy ! Are we suppose to be in cold? This seems like a practice in most airlines and it should stop. I reported when collecting headsets, that mine was broken but the female attended just ignored to collected....so this will get re-cycled to next person. Sad.
