Standard quality service for medium/low prices, punctuality quite good, though some delays occur. The worst thing, though, is that their prices are all but transparent: 1) At a first glance their prices seem very cheap compared with other airlines’, but this often is due to the fact that they do not include services that others do, and that are often badly needed by customers. E. g. they include only a very small hand luggage for free (about of the size of a laptop bag), and if you are travelling together with someone (even small children), you will get seats that are far away, unless you pay an extra fee (that is very variable, but can also be about 10-15 Euro per person). 2) Their website and their app is designed in a way that often misleads you, resulting in making you to pay for services you do not really need, and sometimes even do not want. Recently I paid 4.100 HUF (ca. 13 Euro) for reserving a seat, whereas I actually did not want to. In conclusion, my advice is to travel with Wizzair only after having carefully checked out that it REALLY is more convenient compared with concurrent airlines.
