Both my wife and I had an excellent experience flying with Air-Serbia. We were treated with warmth, kindness, respect, and unprecedented customer service. The entire crew and staff made us feel at home. Their attention to detail is impressive: everything from making sure our headphones were working properly to ensuring we were satisfied with our meals to grabbing an extra blanket if they noticed we may be cold; those actions made us feel cared for and not just another passenger on a flight. Despite being one of the smaller airline carriers, their professionalism and integrity is unmatched. Thank you for the unforgettable experience. We look to fly again with you.
