Garuda Indonesia review by Darren 2016-07-20

Have been flying with this airline for about 5 year in and around Indonesia,I have tried many airline companies in and around SE Asia and Garuda is the best I have found.Staff are very good,food is above average for airline food and entertainment,movies music ect is also good.Customer service is very good.I have been contacted personally by them to ask me if I was the person that had used my credit card to book a ticket while I was in Bali only minutes after I had booked online.At times you will pay more for a sit on this airline but not much more.i am a tall man and I am very comfortable in any set with Garuda the plane are big and comfortable.Still a affordable airline for all poeple given you don't need to purchase extras like leg room food entertainment or luggage.i travel from Adelaide to Indonesia and other SE Asian countries 3 times a year and I try to fly direct but from Adelaide I must choose what is available here, and what is here is not good,I just wish Garuda would fly from Adelaide at least once a week.keep your prices competitive and maintain your customer service.good work Garuda.
