Economy Class

We were suppose to travel December 19, 2015. When we initially booked our flight, the layover time in Dubai was only for 3hrs then Malaysia Airline changed our schedule, making the layover time to 27hrs which is absurd and because of that we were unable to leave for the holidays. Qatar airport did not allow us to check-in on our first flight as it is against the immigration rule to stay in Dubai airport for more than 24hrs. Malaysia Airlines should have known that information before making changes on our schedule. Because of the negligence and incompetence of the Malaysia Airlines, we missed all our flights and our much awaited holidays. And we have been trying contact Malaysia Airlines for so many times in so many ways to resolve the issue but we did not receive any response. We are very much disappointed in their service.
