Royal Air Maroc review by S 2015-04-30

Terrible airline! Casablanca to Gran Canaria. The flight staff were incredibly rude! We had a 2 hour stopover in Tenerife and no one was allowed to standup, use the washroom, or even try to get some fresh air, as they had turned the air conditioning off. Finally after departing Tenerife we were in our descent to Gran Canaria and dropped about 5000 ft! With a cabin full of nervous passengers there was no explanation of the drop and the flight attendants looked annoyed as passengers gasped with fear. Will never fly with this terrible airline again! Rude staff, dirty plane and downright terrible flight!
