A disaster of an airline! I got a notice that our flight was canceled, and I was rebooked at a time that would have missed my Hong Kong meeting (a flight arriving at 11:00 p.m.). Tried calling the airline. Hold time was 47 minutes, but they'd call back, they said. Almost two hours later, they did. Changed reservation, but at great inconvenience to me because they wouldn't book a code share KUL-HKG. I wrote the COO an email. No response. Obviously, no care for customer relations.
