Delta Air Lines review by Yuri 2016-08-02

I was supposed to have an outgoing flight from Brazil to the US and Delta overbooked. I ended up having to wait a week to be able to get a flight to US. My flight from Brazil was delayed because of fog so I missed my connecting flight to my hometown and ended up going from Detroit, MI to ATL, and they still couldn't get me on a flight back to SGF that same day. I had to stay the night in ATL. I was given the run around by Delta staff and was told I would get a flight to SGF but of course it never happened. WORSE flying experience by far. Truly unacceptable. I was compensated the entirety of the ticket amount I paid but still not enough compensation for what I went through. AWFUL AIR LINE. Very, very unsatisfactory.
