Hi, I would like to feedback on my unpleasant experienced at Singapore Changi Airport. I was not notified that my connecting flight from KUL-KTM was cancelled. A staff at Malindo counter insisted my booking agent made a mistake. She claimed there was no flights from KUL-KTM on 5th January. I called my agent and was told flight was cancelled. I requested the duty manager ; Dianne to check for me. She too said there was no KUL-KTM flight. I was forced to go on travelling from SIN-KUL with waiting time more than a day. With Nepalese passport, I would not be granted to step out of immigration in KUL without visa. I requested duty manager : Dianne to call head office to reconfirmed on my flight status. She said she did and was told there was no such flight on that day. My local friend then called Malindo head office hotline using her mobile. The staff whom assisted through the phone immediately told us that KUL-KTM flight was cancelled on the 5th January. She than amended my flight from SIN-KUL to the 6th January to shortest transit waiting time at KUL. I truly appreciate her professionalism and would like to compliment on that note. Duty manager : Dianne LIED to me !!
