Air Canada review by David 2016-11-02

We travelled from Brisbane to Vancouver, business could not rate it high enough. Travelled internally again terrific. On our return trip from Newark to Vancouver. Trouble started. Unexplained delays, dreadful lounge, missed our Brisbane connection. They put us up with a starvation allowance and arranged to replace our Brisbane flight with Sydney the next night. Again unexplained delays but we had our business boarding passes. At the gate we were told we were downgraded to economy in fact to rear with babies and kids. It was worst experience of our hundreds of flights with many airlines. Great planes, good staff but bad management.
