My family and I have flown United from Sydney Australia to USA three times, the latest in August 2018. While not the best, United's service is certainly not the worst either. Our latest flight we were allowed to spread out into vacant seats with my daughter and I getting to sit in Premium Economy seats. The aircraft, a Boeing 787 was superb. Food was acceptable and overall the flight was ok.
