I had horrible experience with Air France customer service. Tried to change the return flight online but website was unresponsive in ALL browsers. Finally went for the Android app hoping that it would help. It did. My credit card was charged and I was able to see new dates online. The electronic ticket wasn't issued though. Several days later it turned out that either Air France bank or their Android app was out of service at the moment, and they didn't receive the payment. So they simply cancelled the reservation without notifying me. I wasn't able to use online system for payment after that and had to do it over the phone. The Russian call-center was another disappointment. Although the operators were very friendly, it was hardly possible to get in touch with them. Often, it was taking 1 hour to get someone on the phone (regular business hours). And even if I was able to get to the operator, they were sometimes having issues with software, which required reloading the computer and re entering the information. The fact that their system didn't accept two of my Visa cards issued in the US was the last nail in the coffin. The issue haven't been resolved after almost a week.
