The seats on the plane from Cairns to Brisbane were so small and very uncomfortable. Then flying from Brisbane to Wellington the seats were at least of a reasonable size but there was no inflight entertainment unless you downloaded the app onto your device. I booked my flight in early May and was not away of this (I was told this had been a change in the last few months) and it was a real pain to fly with a child and have no entertainment on board for them. The food was served in a box and was not of a reasonable size or quality. I was overall very disappointed.
