We traveled from Brussels to Lisbon. In Zaventem (Brussels) we had to wait to in-checken more than 1 hour because of a very bad organisation. People who come on time are punished and have to wait because people who come late to other flights always have priority. When we tried to complain, we received brutal and unfriendly answer of the Ryanair staff. The same happened in Lisbon, when we traveled back. The price was not cheap at all! Next time we will cetrainly go to Portugal by TAP! Never again by Ryanair!!!!
