Lufthansa review by Kyle

I read the reviews and realize that people who are negative know nothing about the industry, nor do they travel much. Today Lufthansa is one of the best European airlines and worldwide. The Vancouver - Munich leg was great. A330, but fully refurbished and brand new cabin Enough space, good seat, excellent service and entertainment. Munich - Kyiv flight though... Brand new aircraft (A320 NEO), emergency row seat - I couldn't extend my legs, and I'm not super tall (5'11"). The seats are ridiculous - super thin, like wooden benches. I do not envy people that paid full business class fare, as the seats in business are exactly the same. Service was great, but I'd rather pay for my sandwich and drinks than seat on those horrible seats for two hours.
