1. You can't check in online if you bought multiple tickets. (Adult/on lap infant) 2. There's no English speaking attendants, even though there's is an option for English when you call their customers service line. 3. You get charged for bringing an imeant carseat when it was supposed be free to check in when you pay the fee to bring an infant on your laptop. 4. No one ever really apologize for the mistakes made by any of the employees, if anything they treat people like idiots, They have no regards for anyone . 5. I tried to reach them through phones, email, Facebook and I didn't get the issue resolve, please report this company to BBB so we can at least shut them down in thevery USA and start an action class lawsuit. Save someone else from getting rip off by this company.
