I will never ever fly with this company again and I recommend to everyone to stay well away.Their staff are rude, the company is impossible to deal with if you have any problems. I booked and paid for a transfer to and from the airport through their website. I could see it in my booking on the website but had no confirmation to give me information. We tried to phone customer services who were more than unhelpful they were down right rude. they were not interested at all. it is a 3rd party who do their transfers and they just fold us to contact them. the problem being we did not even know who this company that provide the transfers are as we had nothing. We wasted our money as we had to pay again in Budapest. I have tried to speak to Wiz air since I got back and complained but got nowhere. They take no responsibility for it despite the fact that we paid them directly through their website. My advice stay well away. We are £35 out of pocket through no fault of our own
