Disgraceful airline, had to be bused from aircraft into the terminal, notwithstanding the fact there were empty gates everywhere! Staff were less than helpful. The food was bland at best and there was no breakfast service? The business lounge does not serve champagne or wine but does serve terrible food! Nor does the lounge have a shower, although I was told another lounge 15 minutes walk away does have a shower. The lounge is tired and grubby, the cloth seats faded and worn and discoloured. I'll never fly Thai again
