Air China review by Cheng 2016-10-11

I was trying to travel from shanghai to Sydney CA175 6th oct 2016 for treatment back in Australia. I told the crew I am a bit sick and wish to ask for some empty seats so I can sleep on it. Then the captain was trying his best to reject me. Firstly said need to talk to my doctor in Australia to get approval that I can travel. It was mid night back in Australia and I called canberra hospital and lucky enough hospital reached my specialist and he was willing to talk to the captain. The captain changed mind and reject to talk to my doctor all a sudden. The captain then called an airport ambulance and ambulance doctor checked me and said this patient should be able to travel. Then the crazy captain was requesting a certificate with Shanghai 3甲 grade hospital stamped certificate. How a doctor in ambulance have that sort of stamp..... it was already 1 hour after the departure time. And angry passengers were all attacking me with the most dirty shanghaiese words. And ask the crew to kick me off the plane. I have never had any experience worse than this. I eventually still being kicked off the plane. 100% bureaucracy without humanity.
