AMS-BKK-AMS. Unable to print boarding pass online or at airport machine. Require original credit card or will be denied boarding. Both flights where delayed, with return flight over 1 hour delay. Seat was ok, but entertainment Box was uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult. Food on outbound was fine, but on return dismal. Wines where terrible. Overall, not worth the 1300 euros.
