Booked to fly from Edinburgh to Tenerife, outward journey, 18.30 take off, still standing in queue at 19.00, no communication from staff to why we weren't boarding. Chaotic boarding, cabin crew too busy chatting to each other to help, finally once we were ready for take off, they casually announced that they would have to land in Barcelona to change cabin crew and that this would take approx. 15 mins. 45 minutes sitting with no air conditioning, second part of journey there were no drinks/food offered only perfume and we finally arrived in Tenerife around 02.30 to find that there were no taxis to take us to our hotel. We will certainly never fly with Norwegian again
