Me and my wife flew with KLM to Cape Town from Amsterdam. Lost wife luggage on outward leg of journey for 3 days. Reported when she returned from holiday to be told you are out of the 21day time period. No customer care there. I flew back 10 days later. I had coffee spilled over my trousers by an air-hostess, no real apology just handed some wet cloths. Got to Amsterdam waited 10 hours for my connection then 30mins to go they cancelled it. Couldn't get me on flight the next day so had to ask for a flight elsewhere in the UK so I could get home. No taxi or any offer to get me to Norwich. Lost my luggage for 3 days. Bloody awful shame as used to be good.
