Worst experience of my life!!!!!. It was beginning of my honeymoon and after reaching Kuala Lumpur, guess what, I had a BIG SHOCK!!!. Our bags were left in Amritsar (India). After enquiring from most ill-mannered staff, we got to know that Pilot had grounded 50 bags in Amritsar itself, as aircraft became heavier. What the fish!!! One of the dumbest thing done by any airline ever. How could you do that. They should have informed us in India itself, we could have arranged something. All our money, clothes shoes etc. were in the bags and we were stranded in a foreign country, without clothes & money Adding fuel to the fire, we got to know that, we will get our luggage after 2 days, as there were no flights for couple of days. Just imagine our condition (since it was our honeymoon). Furthermore, the staff (ground & In-flight) was extremely rude. They were literally scolding passengers. We had to spend a fortune on the necessities & getting our luggage. We also had to amend the plans and bear the losses on cancelling/rebooking the Hotel & Airline, as we had to go to Singapore.
