Worst flying experience EVER! They flat cancelled (not rescheduled) our flight all together, then proceeded to reschedule the flight 7 times. Had to get home for work the next day and the "customer relations" attendant had the audacity to tell us that it "wasn't his problem". Really blown away that a business would treat a customer like this. Ended up having to rent a car and driving hundreds of miles home.
