Travelling as a disabled passenger with mobility needs and special dietary requirements I was apprehensive. From the moment I arrived at the airport I was treated with extreme courtesy and help at every point. I particular on the flight from Tampa to Gatwick the cabin staff were exceptional. I would like to comment on the Cabin supervisor Nicola Hooper who went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Such a joy to find traditional service standards are still in place. I know why I never travel with any other airline. It is predictably excellent.
