I fly Delta Airlines frequently and for over 30 years. Overall my experience with Delta has been excellent. Recently I returning to Atlanta from Mexico City. The pilot, Captain M. Kendall, handed me a hand written card thanking me for my years of flying Delta. I was very surprised, moved and impressed. Delta has a herculean task of getting people to where they need to be on a schedule given all the issues that create obstacles against meeting their goals.
