Korean Air review by Frank 2016-03-14

Brand new 777 from Frankfurt to Seoul. Excellent lie flat, excellent service, good food, excellent beverages. Cabin was virtually empty. Flight from Seoul to Auckland was an old 'plane with reclining seats. I had been told twice by Korean Air ground staff that seats were lie flat, so complained to cabin manager on board, who came back and offered to move me to 1st class (which was equivalent to Business on the previous flight in almost all respects). Sat next to alternate pilot who told me that some planes have lie flat, but not all, so am now waiting for Korean Air to replace all 'planes...
