Jetstar is HORRIBLE! DO not fly Jetstar. They are not cheap. They force you to check baggage and then charge you $160. Staff are rude. They do not even give you water for free. I will never fly Jetstar again. EDITORS COMMENT: that's what a budget airline is and that's why through the booking process you are offered options to pre pay for optional things like checked baggage. The carry on baggage weight and dimension allowance is also clearly stated. We agree, water should be free on all flights but no low cost airline has to do this.
