When you Scoot and pay for your ticket, check that you are not double charge, i pay via Poli and was prompt that it has insufficient time to pay via Westpac and the next screen appear is via Credit Card, as i need to fly out. Input my Credit Card detail which is $10 more for whatever charge they put ut there, and that it, my ticket was confirm and email confirmation was sent to me, and when i login to my westpac account. Was shocked to see that my echoice was charge and credit card too. Call Scoot Hotline immediately , and confirm that credit card was charge but they could not confirm Poli payment was deducted, and was directed to login to Scoot to lodge a report, and was prompt that it will take 10 days for Scoot to investigate, multiple call and email, and into 1 month today, no reply and call from Scoot, when you call Hotline, they say it the account dept, and they even go to the extend to claim that no lodgement was lodge and i press further for info, all detail was review i their CRM. Wonder how many has double bill and give up as westpac ask lot of detail and wants full report to rebut the charge even when they can see it charge on both account from westpac. Suppose save but.
