Business Class

I bought a ticket from Melbourne to Singapore. Payment through their Poli System and had no proof of my payment but the funds were taken out of my account. I called customer service and their only solution was to wait 24 hours - by that time the flight would have left. They did not allow me to speak to a supervisor nor did they produce any solutions. I am now chasing the company for follow up and credit to my account.
