Delta Air Lines review by Sally 2016-11-07

I've taken Delta Air Lines before. I took another flight just recently from Syracuse to LaGuardia to Jacksonville FL. I suppose for the price it's all right, and we were not (thank god) "delayed delayed delayed" and missing connecting flights.. The entertainment on board was non-existent, not that it was that important because everyone has a cell phone or something to stare into now. The seats were so narrow and crammed together, we were like upright sardines, and it was HOT in the cabin. But the people flying were nice, quiet, and pleasant. The flight attendant was a lovely woman (pushing a big bulky drink cart ever so sloooowly down the aisle) and I was sitting across from a rather troublesome gentleman. She whispered he was 'special needs' and if I needed her, to buzz and she would come and deal with him. Wonderful employee, she had lots of experience!....I have found the employees at the airport gates glum, unhelpful, and bored, hardly bothering to pay any attention to perturbed customers. They must not like working for Delta.
