WORST airline ever... !!! Make yourself a favor and don't flight with this airline. Even when you think it is a good price you will ended up paying more with the stupid EXTRA-charges they make. They cancelled my parents flight because they were not THREE hours early !!!! They both are over 77 years old made it two hours early BUT NOT ENOUGH FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS!!!! according to them!!! My poor parents being seniors and uncertain of what to do got upset and overwhelm. If this airline was Delta Continental American Airlines or any other would have help them right away to get their documents ready and the suitcases check in order to get it their gate. So sad that this airline has such a poor costumer service. They charged them extra to change their flight. Now they will have to go back to their house four hours away from the airport and come back tomorrow !!!!!HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! Never ever again !!!!! Don't buy with them you will regret it.
