Delta Air Lines review by Samantha 2016-03-25

Awful. Very dirty. Also had many delays. The staff was very rude and didn't care about needs. Over booked the flight and seemed annoyed when people didn't want to give up their seats. Made up sit on the Tarmac due to needing to refuel. I understand weather is in contronable, however going back in the opposite direction was rediculous. Causing people to miss flights and not paying for hotel rooms?! If they had landed at the correct airport instead of back tracking, this would have been avoided! Another 200$ out of my pocket that could have been avoided. Then you get to the counter to speak to someone and they have nothing but attitude and wasn't even friendly to speak too! Absolute Caicos! Never ever fly delta again!!
