Alaska has always had friendly service, but on a recent flight PDX to HNL they offered free inflight entertainment! All we had to do was download their gogo app onto our tablets and we had access to range of tv shows and new releases. A brilliant feature! Plus we were served options for drinks more than two times. I love that they consider that people can get thirsty on a 5 hour flight.
