Several hundred dollars worth of belongings were stolen from my checked back on a recent Aeromexico Flight. I filed a claim at the airport and was given an email address to check on the status of the claim. This was 3 weeks ago, I have emailed 20 times since and I have never received a response other than the automatic reply that says they will get back to me later that same day--they never do. I called the AeroMexico customer service number and was told that there was absolutely nothing they could do, that this was handled by a different department, a department that somehow, in 2017, does not have a single phone and is only reachable by this email address that no one responds to. I fly internationally several times a month and I have honestly never had such a frustrating customer service experience. I will never fly Aeromexico again and suggest that you do the same.
