Absolutely awful airline to travel with internationally. They use to be amazing until they linked up with United which is the worst airline ever!! First of all the staff is extremely rude!! I just flew with them to Germany two weeks ago and after dealing with United and having to change airlines i thought i was safe to make my flight to Germany to come to find out that they cancelled my flights AFTER I HAD BOARDING PASSES as i was about to board the plane after i ran to the gate. The staff was yelling at me instead of helping me. I had to sleep at the airport because of them and got sick. I thought the hell would end there but on the way back again as i was boarding my flight from Sofia to Germany they started harassing me about my carry on suitcase. They said that the flight was completely full and they did not have enough room for everyone to bring their suitcases. I was forced to have mine taken from me after i payed to have it with me and could not get it back after that flight but had to wait to get it back at my last destination. The staff again was rude and unfair. I will never ever fly with them every again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! YOU WILL REGRET FLYING WITH THEM!!!!
