Mumbai to Jaipur; Heard horrendous histories about them? guess what? most of them are true, my short flight was a nightmare I swear I don't wish the same even to my enemies! Starting at check-in, lines were taking forever no explanation whatsoever, we found out that their system was down and we had to wait them to fix it, like 40 minutes later I could finally check-in, arriving at the gate, plane as old as time, totally filthy and smelly, flight on time (Alleluiah), if you're not vegetarian and Indian you'll suffer with over spiced food and surprise surprise? there was hair on the food, I snapped a photo so people wouldn't call me a liar, called the crew all she did was to report to her manager and later he came to apologize, but I was so disgusted that I could no longer eat anything from them! they were the cheapest option my even if they give me free tickets I wouldn't fly them! Avoid if you can!
