What is wrong with people? Jetstar and Tiger are low cost, they allow people who normally would have to go by bus to fly. I think it's great that you don't pay for stuff you don't want, such as airline food. I travel allot with Jetstar, they are good value but you do get what you pay for. Airlines clearly state what luggage you're allowed and check in times, stick to them and you won't have a problem. Don't blame staff for doing their job. Delays happen and yes I have no doubt that they cancel half empty planes, that's why they can save money and give you a cheap flight. I had a wonderful experience with Jetstar last year, I booked a flight Cairns to Brisbane to go to the food and wine festival, but being of senior years I got the dates mixed up. I made a request on their website and Jetstar changed the dates for me. For a low cost airline I give them 10 out of ten. EDITORS COMMENT: We completely agree.
