I should really learn my lesson from booking with budget airlines (jetstar).... Terrible customer service if there is ever a problem. We had free 2 bags with our flight. One of them was small but didn't realise it was 8.5 kg (limit is 7). We checked in one and decided to have the second as a carry on. Big mistake! This company will squeeze any money it can out of you and the staff were very patronising. We had to pay extra to get it on board. We could not go back. Just be careful with this airline.
