This is a warning to all future Ryan Air Customers. On December 3 2014 I was in a horrible accident in Romania which sent me back to Canada. The flight was cramped but I made it through. My horrible experience had nothing to do with the flight itself, rather the customer service I received after I got home. I made a simple mistake of paying for my flights with a bank account that is no longer open. Ryan Air graciously refunded my flight, but it went to the closed account. Logically, if the refund was not accepted because the account is closed it would have bounced back to Ryan Air the same day. This was later confirmed by the bank. According to Ryan Air they have no record of the refund being declined. The bank told me to go back to Ryan Air and tell them that the bank has no record of a refund being put through because the account is close. Also, they are unable to access the closed account. Ryan Air has been playing games with me by sending me back and forth from the bank, telling me that they have no record of the refund. They were supposed to call me back about a month ago because they were finally taking my dispute to the accounting department. Still no response or refund.
