Take about 24 flights (work commute) a year with them every year for the last 5 years ( Take about 100 a year all up with the Air Asia group) Simply put the best of the low cost carriers. Best website Best on board service Best customer service of the budgets ( I do about another 40 flights a year on other budgets) Best meals They have won best low cost carrier in the world 8 years in a row. You don't do that if you selling an inferior product.
