Swiss International Air Lines review by Nicole

Experience on this flight was a huge improvement compare to British Airways which I used to fly with. Being on this airline was really good the flights were very clean &spacious and the planes seem to be new planes the toilets were also very clean and I could see the staff cleaning them regularly during the flight they had 6 toilets for everyone in economy where is British Airways only had 4 toilets for everyone economy and British Airways didn’t clean them once. the food was so good I could smell it coming I was really looking forward to it and it didn’t disappoint, the food tasted fantastic. They had lots of extras like charging points in seats and constantly offering snacks & beverages, staff were really polite & multilingual. They were punctual and they didn’t have cancellations constantly the way the British Airways did The only suggestion would be for the staff to check the equipment on the plane to make sure it works as port to charge your phone it wasn’t working and I didn’t have the energy to notify staff
