Air France review by Lionel 2015-12-25

HKG to CDG. As an experienced flyer, this is simply the worst experience, feeling ripped off comparing the standard of many airlines and the price I paid for this flight. Unacceptable to find such dated equipped and seats, so stiff, upright and tight it is exactly a low cost seat airline but for 13hours and at that price it's unacceptable. Entertainment wise a screen that is the size of my hand (I have pictures) image quality not far from a 1990s TV and a wired remote still allowing to swipe your credit card on the side like decades ago. Holes in all the upholstery and joints even going out the seat (again have pictures). For the same price or less any other airline presents up to date or at least recent designs and comfort, especially on such long flights. Forget sleeping or passing time correctly without your own entertainment devices. Simply unacceptable!!
