American Airlines review by Natalie 2015-09-30

Cramped flight, 1 tv shared between a group of people which meant on an 8 hour flight you had to watch what someone else wanted. Service on the flight was average. I have since made a complaint to the airline about their poor service and 6 months later this is still ongoing and they are still providing an unbelievable poor service. They're useless both on and off the ground. Never will I use this airline again.
