Absolutely terrible service. My partner's luggage has been lost. After submitting the claim, looks like noone did any search. I had to contact Delta a few times to find out what's happening with the search of our bag, as noone apdated us at all. On the phone noone was able to provide us with any information regarding what has been done regarding the search. Our luggage has been considered lost by Delta and we were offered a refund of the amount that didn't cover the cost of the items even closely. Eventually I kept searching our bag myself through the other aircompanies, calling to the international airports (additionally paying for my calls) and eventually I found it through Airoflot airlines, who put some affort in it for us and provided us with all the information, locationg our bag in France Airport. Delta representative didn't gave us any appology for that on the phone. Very bad customer service!
