Overall terrible experience. The Australian Jetstar team are amongst some of the most rude flight attendants. On my flight from Melbourne to Sydney, I was sitting at the window and needed a tissue however the person sitting next to me was asleep and I didn't want to wake them up. So I politely called on one of the attendants if I could 'please' have a tissue. Her response was, 'There are tissues in the bathrooms' before she rudely walked off on me. Luckily however, on my trip back from Fiji to Melbourne, we had the New Zealand Jetstar team who are hands-down, some of the most friendly, happy, not to mention - HELPFUL staff. They made the experience so delightful and the only hope I have left in this company. As an Australian, I am disgraced with the Australian staff who should perhaps take some pointers from the New Zealand Jetstar team.
