Southwest Airlines review by Dan 2016-02-08

Great experience aboard southwest flight 323 from fll to aus..first off I fly southwest alot and cannot complain about any prior Flights..but this flight was the best by far..2 main reasons flight attendants Pierce,hae young Wagner.and usry,Jane..after a week in the Caribbean and about to face reality again,the last thing I wanted was to sit on a crowded plane for 3 hours.. we flew on Superbowl SundayAnd thought if we got some score updates we wud be happy.. the only device my friend and I had were our cell phones..but to our surprise Mrs.usry pulled out her lrg iPad and said u guys can watch the game on a bigger screen..my friend & I again want to says thx Mrs.usry u made a 3 hr flight feel like 30 mins..and last but not least ms.Pierce,hae young.. you topped off a great flight with your great sense of humor that kept us laughing and smiling while being professional at the same time..with 30 yrs with southwest I hope the airline realizes what they have in you under their wing.. my friend and I hope that we come across you both someday in a future flight until then fly safe be happy and enjoy life...
