Economy Class

I have had the worst experience with this company over the past 5 months. I traveled to Mexico about 5 months ago and had my round trip ticket bought. As i showed up to the airport to return back to Chicago they had told me that they didn't have a seat for me and I had two options on returning home. One was that I had to take a taxi to another part of mexico on my own and than fly back from that airport or that I can wait 3 days to be able to return. I have a job to return to and school I can't just take extra days off just because they don't have a seat for me especially after I paid for my ticket. A complaint was filed and they stated they would provide me with a flight credit but they failed to provide me with a voucher number. I am now trying to purchase a new flight ticket and use my credit but they have terrible customer service. They have hung up on me twice and disconnected my chats. They are just plain useless. Worst company ever.
