Worst airline I ever saw. Our flight was from Delhi to Kabul. About an hour after departure, the captain announced technical issues and that we would return to Delhi. No further information was given. OK, such things happen. The crew seemed pretty tense though. Back in Delhi, AirIndia staff seemed very confused and unprepared. We stayed in the arrival section for more than one hour, the staff did not announce anything publicly. It remained unclear if we could re-immigrate without multiple entry visa, neither if we could catch the flight on the next day by an Afghan airline. Some confusing hours later, they dropped us at a hotel, with no AirIndia staff present. We were supposed to share double rooms with a stranger for two days, AirIndia denied its obligation to book an alternative flight on the next day. Until now, it was impossble get the reimbursement for the flight and the hotel (the one were they dropped us was eventually full). There is just one counter at the airport for complaints, but they cant even manage an ordered queue. Worst airline experience ever.
