Economy Class

With Jestar you pay for what you get, literally. As we are not rich our options to travel are limited so on our recent trip to Thailand Jetstar was really our only option. As a big guy I expect some discomfort but the Jetstar seats are small and tight. On board as expected there is nothing free and you have to pay for everything. There is a water fountain at the back of the plane so that is something. The rest of the flight was as expected, fatiguing. The flight coming back was a joke. Thai Jestar staff could not organise the check in correctly adding frustration before we even took off. On the plane one toilet was already broken with another going down mid flight. Four toilets left for what appeared and smelled to be a lot of people with "stomach upsets" What Fun. What was really annoying was that people stood waiting outside the broken toilets and staff just walked past but did not tell them that they were broken adding to the frustrations of many. Food also ran out during service so if you were hungry that was your problem. Jerstar is a basic economy no frills service, nothing more. Would I fly with them again - No
